Welcome to Alamo Saddlery’s on-line blog. We are honored to have you as a guest. We take pride in being the home of the ORIGINAL “Jewelry on Tack” and have made it our goal to remain the trendsetter in this Western fad we started!
All of our products are hand crafted from manufacturer’s selection of skirting leather, natural strap leather, latigo and harness leather.
Alamo Saddlery was founded in April 1996 under the direction of the late Roy E Martin. Roy had 30 years experience in the manufacturing of western saddles and tack. With his knowledge and expertise we developed high quality saddles and top of the line tack that is priced to target the middle-market.
WHAT I DO
We make quality western saddles and tack for all disciplines, from the barrel racer to the working cowboy to the pleasure rider. We also design and build trophy saddles. The vast majority of Trophy Saddles that we build are Barrel Racers and Ropers. We do offer Shooting, Cutting, Reining, Show, Ranch, and Steer Wrestling saddles as well.
